Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, standard delivery across Pakistan usually takes between 2 to 4 business days. A flat delivery charge of Rs. 500 applies to standard orders, while orders totaling Rs. 50,000 or above qualify for free delivery. Please note that shipping charges are strictly non-refundable and delivery schedules may occasionally experience minor delays due to courier operations.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 2-day return and exchange window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, fresh, and resaleable condition. Any costs associated with exchange shipping or price differences between products are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds for the product amount will be processed within 2 working days via your original payment method.
