Delivery Time and Charges

We provide complimentary shipping across Pakistan through our logistics partners. Typically, deliveries occur within 2-4 business days. Please be aware that we do not dispatch orders during weekends or on public holidays.

Delivery charges

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

• Standard delivery charge is Rs. 500.

• Free Delivery is available on all orders of Rs. 50,000 or above.
  

2-Days Return and Exchange Policy

If you wish to return an item purchased online, you may do so within 2 days from the date of purchase. Money back within working days, Exchanges are allowed within 2 days, but product has to be in resale/fresh condition Delivery charges and product price up down is payabale by costumer side
To initiate a return, kindly contact us on 03401531823, and our team will guide you through the return process.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding your refund eligibility. Refunds will be processed within 2 working days  from the date you informed us of your intention to return. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that Return can be requested within 2 days. The item amount will be refunded, but the delivery charges will not be refunded.
